Frequently asked
Is there a limit on charts or products?
No. Every plan includes unlimited size charts on unlimited products. Size charts are free for good.
Which chart does a product show?
One chart per product. A chart that lists the product itself wins; then the first chart in your list that matches one of its collections, its product type, a tag or its vendor; then a chart set to all products. "Check a product" on the Size charts page tells you which one and why.
Can shoppers switch between centimeters and inches?
Yes. Enter your numbers in either unit and tick which columns are measurements. Shoppers switch with one tap: inches are shown to one decimal, centimeters to the nearest half.
How much is Pro?
$9.99 a month, flat, with a 14-day free trial the first time you start it. The first 100 stores on Pro get a permanent $5 discount, so they pay $4.99 a month for as long as they keep the app.
Will it slow down my store?
No. The chart is part of the page your theme renders, and a script of about 3 KB compressed only opens and closes it. Nothing loads from our servers when a shopper views a product.
Does it work with my theme?
It works with any Online Store 2.0 theme, including Dawn and Shopify's other free themes. Add the Size chart block to your product page in the theme editor, or switch on the app embed and the chart appears under the size picker by itself.
Do you store customer data?
No. The app only reads your products so you can pick them. It never sees your customers or orders. We keep your store's domain, its plan and how many times each chart was opened per day. See our privacy policy.
What happens when I uninstall?
The size chart, tabs, stock message and badges disappear from your theme automatically, and any Pro subscription ends. What we hold for your store is deleted when you uninstall.
