Frequently asked
Where do I print?
Open an order, click Print at the top and choose Lyravant invoices & packing slips. On the order list, select orders, click Print in the bar that appears, and choose the same. You get a PDF to print or save.
Is there a limit on orders?
No. Invoices and packing slips are free for every order, every month. Free prints up to 10 orders at once from the order list; Pro prints up to 250 in one PDF.
How much is Pro?
$9.99 a month, flat, with a 14-day free trial the first time you start it. The first 100 stores on Pro get a permanent $5 discount, so they pay $4.99 a month for as long as they keep the app.
Do you store my customers' details?
No. Each PDF is made from the order at the moment it's requested and isn't saved anywhere. We keep your template settings, your logo and a daily count of documents. See our privacy policy.
Are these invoices valid for tax?
They show what Shopify recorded for the order: prices, discounts, shipping and each tax line with its rate, plus your tax ID if you add it. Invoicing rules differ by country and business, so you're responsible for making sure your invoices meet yours. Ask your accountant if you're unsure.
How do customers get their invoice?
With Pro, the app gives you a short snippet for Shopify's order confirmation email (Settings > Notifications). Each email then has a "Download your invoice" link that opens a PDF of that order, made from the live order with your template. We don't send any email ourselves.
Which languages and currencies work?
Every currency prints as the customer paid it. Pro prints documents in 14 languages (English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Polish, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, Japanese and Simplified Chinese), with local date and money formats, and can follow each customer's own language.
Can I print orders older than 60 days?
Shopify gives apps the last 60 days of orders by default, so older orders can't be opened yet. Newer orders always print.
What happens when I uninstall?
The Print options disappear from your admin and any Pro subscription ends. We delete your template settings and logo right away.
