Frequently asked
Where do my subscribers go?
Straight into your Shopify customers, with email marketing consent and the tag lyravant-popup. Shopify Email, Klaviyo, Omnisend and other email tools that read Shopify customers see them right away. Lyravant doesn't keep its own copy of any email address.
Is there a subscriber limit?
No. Every plan includes unlimited subscribers and unlimited pop-up views. You're never charged by list size.
How much is Pro?
$9.99 a month, flat, with a 14-day free trial the first time you start it. The first 100 stores on Pro get a permanent $5 discount, so they pay $4.99 a month for as long as they keep the app.
How is consent handled?
By default, shoppers in the EU, UK and Switzerland tick a box to sign up, and everyone else sees a short notice under the button. You can change the wording, require the box everywhere, or turn on double opt-in. A customer who's already subscribed is never downgraded.
How do discount codes work?
On Free, everyone gets the same code, created in Shopify when you save (or your existing code with that name). Pro creates a unique single-use code for each subscriber, with an expiry if you want one. One email gets one code, and you'll find every code under Discounts in your admin.
Is the spin-to-win wheel fair?
Yes. You choose the prizes and their odds, and the app shows each prize's real chance. The prize is drawn on our server when the shopper spins, so it can't be changed in the browser, and each email address gets one spin.
Will it slow down my store?
No. The script is about 7 KB compressed and loads after your page; the pop-up styles load only when a pop-up is about to open. Pop-ups float above the page, so nothing shifts around.
Is it OK for Google on mobile?
Yes. On phones the pop-up opens as a small bottom sheet that's easy to close and leaves the page usable. If you pick full screen on mobile, the app suggests showing it after a delay or some scrolling.
Does it work with my theme?
It works with any Online Store 2.0 theme, including Dawn and Shopify's other free themes. Pop-ups are an app embed you switch on once; the signup form is a block you add to any section. No code to paste.
What happens when I uninstall?
The pop-ups and signup form disappear from your theme automatically, and any Pro subscription ends. Your subscribers and discount codes stay in your Shopify store. What we hold for your store (settings records and daily counts) is deleted when you uninstall. See our privacy policy for details.
