Is the free shipping bar really free?
Yes. The whole bar, with every style and placement, is free on every plan with no limits on orders, visitors or views. Pro adds reward tiers and per-country thresholds on top.
How much is Pro?
$9.99 a month, flat. It's never metered by orders or sales, so a great month doesn't cost you more. The first time you start Pro you get a 14-day free trial.
What is the founding price?
The first 100 stores on Pro pay $4.99 a month instead of $9.99, for as long as they keep the app. It's a thank-you for joining early, with no strings attached.
Will it slow down my store?
No. Each feature loads only on the pages where you place it, all of the storefront code together is about 9 KB compressed, and the bar is drawn by your theme before the page appears, so nothing jumps around.
Does it work with my theme?
It works with any Online Store 2.0 theme, including Dawn and Shopify's other free themes. Everything is added from the theme editor, with no code to paste. The cart drawer bar and sticky add to cart are app embeds you switch on once.
How do shoppers in other countries see amounts?
In their own currency, formatted exactly like the rest of your store. Your free shipping amount is converted at your store's exchange rate, or with Pro you can set an exact amount per country.
How does the quantity discount reach checkout?
Through Shopify's own discount system. The app creates one automatic discount, which you'll find under Discounts in your admin. It combines with order and shipping discounts.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from the app's Plan page or by uninstalling. Billing goes through your Shopify bill, and Shopify credits the unused part of the month. Your settings are kept if you come back.
What happens when I uninstall?
The app's blocks disappear from your theme automatically; no code is left behind. Your store's data is deleted from our systems within days. See our privacy policy for details.
